The BV30 uses a variety of varying sized lengths of L-shaped hardened aluminium extruded blades with contoured and rounded (bull nose) ends which make it easier to screed and manoeuvre around obstacles. They are also designed to cut and smooth wet concrete.

The BV30 is a highly versatile petrol powered walk behind pedestrian vibrating wet concrete screed.
It is used for the compaction, levelling and surface smoothing of newly poured concrete, and designed to produce a high quality slab and improve the efficiency of concrete finishing projects.
It is equipped with a twin de-vibrated low-vibration handle which is adjustable and foldable for improved operator comfort, manoeuvrability, control, transportation and storage.
The BV30/BV30i feature an adjustable eccentric weight with 4 different settings to best suit the slump of the concrete to be worked (62%, 75%, 87% and 100%).
The Husqvarna BV30 is available with either a Honda 4-Stroke petrol engine (BV30), or Lithium i-on battery powered (BV30i).
Both models utilise the same range of interchangeable L-shaped aluminium blades which are available in 5 different working widths from 1.8 to 4.2m which are fixed into position by two screws.
