NEW GENERATION AIR CLEANERS
Husqvarna’s latest range of air cleaners is developed with a new level of intelligence and mobility compared with the previous generation. Based on a standard roof height of 2.5 m and an air exchange rate of 10 times per hour,* the A 100 is recommended for spaces up to 100 m2 in size, the A 45 is recommended for spaces up to 45 m2 in size and the A 25 up to 25 m2 in size. Multiple units can be combined as necessary for optimal air cleaning of larger spaces.
All machines feature a colour-coded LED bar that is visible from a distance and clearly indicates the filter status. The compact and stackable design is beneficial not only for maintenance but also for transportation and handling. The units can be used as both air cleaners and negative air machines. Two-stage filtering captures silica dust and dust from wood, metal, gypsum, and other materials. Optional active carbon and HEPA 14 filters are available.
INVISIBLE TO THE HUMAN EYE
Small (respirable) particles of crystalline silica can penetrate deep into the lungs.* They are so small (0.1–5.0 μm) that they might hover in the air for hours, invisible to the naked eye.
This is why it’s important to use work methods that catch dust at the source and prevent it from becoming airborne. To handle dust effectively, use high-quality professional dust control equipment with a HEPA H13 or H14 filter and personal protective equipment.

Construction
Construction sites may be at risk when it comes to silica, wood or other types of dust.

Residential Construction
Dust from cutting, drilling and grinding concrete, brick and similar building materials contains crystalline silica.

Public Spaces
Air cleaners are perfect for large public spaces such as airports, concert halls and public events.

Renovations
Manage dust using high-quality professional equipment with a HEPA H13 or H14 filter and personal protective equipment.

Abatement & Remediation
Handling hazardous materials is regulated and requires rigorous safety measures.
MANAGE DUST WITH NEGATIVE AIR PRESSURE
Negative air pressure is important for managing dust because it helps reduce the spread of hazardous particles.
To create negative air pressure, the room needs to be sealed and airtight so that air can be channelled through one outlet. Husqvarna’s air cleaners can be positioned inside or outside the containment.
Using the optional air inlet or outlet accessory, different kinds of negative air cleaning set-ups are possible. A Longopac® bag of the desired length can also be attached to the outlet to easily direct the clean air to another space or environment.

Pre-filter (standard)
Essential in mechanical air cleaning to protect and extend the lifetime of HEPA filters. The pre-filter is made out of PTFE material ensuring a maintained air flow.

HEPA H13 filter (standard)
The High Efficiency Particle Air (HEPA) filter is the main filter in an air cleaner, designed to filter out the smallest respirable particles.
The EU defines HEPA H13 as having a 99.95% filtration capacity.

HEPA H14 filter (optional)
High Efficiency Particle Air (HEPA) filter with very high filtration rate.
The EU defines HEPA H14 as having a 99.995% filtration capacity.

Carbon filter (optional)
Often referred to as an activated carbon filter. An optional filter that utilises carbon to capture chemicals, gases and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) like smoke.

No filter
If an application requires you to only move air, you can also run the machine without any filters.
