FAQ’s

Q: What payment options do you offer?

A: Payment can be made via Credit Card, Debt Card, Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Payl8r (Finance) and Bacs.

Q: I only have a ‘Collect in Store’ option available as a delivery option?

A: This may indicate that you have an item in your basket that is restricted to your chosen postcode (such as a long beam or oversized palletised item). Please contact us to confirm what items we can ship and where to.

Q: I placed an order but i have not had a notification of purchase.

A: Please contact us to and one of our team will be able to confirm if we have received your order or not.


Q: I have placed my order, when will my item arrive?

A: Generally speaking if the order is placed before 3:00pm (mon-fri) we will dispatch the same day for next business day delivery (dependant upon stock levels and your geographical location). Once an order is despatched you should receive email confirmation of this. 

Q: Can I track my order?

A: As we use multiple carriers, the tracking options can vary. If you provide a mobile phone number with your order, we will enter this on to our carriers system when despatching the order. This should then send text notifications from our carriers advising the status of the delivery (such as, order out for delivery or timeslot etc.)

Q: Where is my item?

A: If you have had notification that your order is out for delivery, please be advised that Items being delivered can arrive anywhere between 8:00am and 5:00pm. If you do not receive it by the end of the working day, please contact us and we can check with our carriers to see where it is and if they have any potential issues regarding the delivery.
