The RS Resin Sledge provides a simple, yet highly-effective and easy to use non-mechanical device that conveniently enables users to efficiently and uniformly place resin bound materials with minimal effort and maximum efficiency. It is available in a choice of models, with a choice of different working widths. The ‘Mini’ RS is 24”/600mm, the ‘Midi’ RS 30”/760mm and the ‘Maxi’ Rs 40”/1000mm.

Each resin sledge is made from 2.5mm galvanised steel and has an innovative modular design that includes a convenient adjustable depth gauge (10 to 35mm) that enables users to have accurate depth control of material being placed and far better than using any other placement method, whilst additionally preventing the formation of grooves caused by clusters of accumulated aggregate for an improved surface finish. Furthermore, depth adjustment could not be more quick or simple, involving just 3 quick release wing nuts to rapidly adjust the height gauge.

This highly-productive and easy to manoeuvre tool features front castors that can rotate through 360^º, enabling users to easily follow curves and contours. Alternatively, the castors can be easily removed, thus enabling the main body of the sledge to be used like a conventional sledge. The removable castors used are purposely made from nylon, which is not conductive to resin and prevents it from sticking to them.
