The FS305 is easy to use and very lightweight, even for a saw in its compact class.

Despite its lightweight and compact platform, it is surprisingly stable to operate. It even has an extendable right wheel which can be adjusted for increased stability.

The FS305 also has an adjustable handlebar which provides a closer, more comfortable working position to the cutting side for easier alignment and straighter cuts too. The handle stem can also be folded, reducing the saws overall height, making it even easier to both transport and store.

Although in the compact saw class, the FS305 still retains a number of uncommon design features, which are often not present other saws in the class in order to reduce weight or due to physical limitations.

The FS305 features a cutting depth indicator for added operator convenience and control, an engine and blade mounting system which decreases operator vibration levels, increases operator comfort and provides excellent cutting performance. It also has an IntelliSeal blade shaft system which permits up to 250 maintenance-free hours without the requirement to daily grease bearings for added reliability.

The FS 305 is recommended for use with 14”/350mm diameter diamond blades, and used to cut a wide variety of materials, including reinforced concrete, concrete, asphalt over concrete, asphalt etc.
