HiPERFLOOR with Husqvarna Polishing Pads

HiPERFLOOR® is Husqvarna's polishing system, which enhances the appearance, strength and durability of concrete floor surfaces. Husqvarna polishing pads are used in the polishing stage of HiPERFLOOR, after the chemical treatment.

The Polishing Stage

Use Husqvarna's P1200 and CP1200 polishing pads to perform multiple passes on the surface, depending on which finish you need. The resin-bonded P1200 pads have a grit range of between 50 and 3000 and the ceramic-bonded CP1200 pads range from 30 to 400.

It is always recommended that you begin with a low grit rating, and ascend sequentially towards the relevant high grit rated polish.

HiPERFLOOR Finishes

The Premium Finish involves the highest number of steps and creates a high gloss finish, suitable for showrooms and other display areas that demand a decorative effect.

A Commercial Finish has a reduced number of polishing steps and helps create a shiny and low maintenance finish, suitable for retail spaces.

Husqvarna's Industrial Finish demands the fewest number of passes with polishing pads, to create a hardwearing floor surface in warehouses and other large indoor areas.
