Not only is the PG280 effectively two high performing surface preparations tools in one, it also delivers performance not replicable by the use of hand tools alone, all from a more convenient, comfortable, productive and conducive standing working position.

It can be easily connected to a variety of compatible dust extractors for effective dust management. The vacuum port of the PG280 combined with its self-adjusting brush edged dust guard/cover, limit the dust generated from entering into the working environment. The use of a suitable dust extractor is strongly recommended.

The PG280 has an easily lid covers and wheel settings which enables quick conversion to edge grinding on both sides, which is also possible without the use of tools.

It is a simply and very user-friendly machine with fixed speed, so no additional speed settings or controls are required for added simplicity. The machine also has a user-friendly logical control panel and is equipped with overload protection for added safety.

The Husqvarna range of Redi-Lock® grinding blocks are available in a variety of grit sizes to suit individual needs and desired finish. They are also available in single and double row segments to suit both budget and performance requirements. They are incredibly simple, quick and easy to fit; the swift strike of a hammer is all that is required to located a grinding block in place and other to remove it, no time wasted on site trying to change over replacement grinding disc assemblies.

The Redi-Lock® consists of an Elite-Grind 1400 Series of premium performance grinding blocks (G 1410, G 1420, G 1440, G 1470 and G 1480) and high performance Vari-Grind G600 Series (G 620, G 640 and G 670), all of which are available with either single or double row segments to such individual needs and budget. In addition, the Husqvarna Piranha^TM is also available which has been designed for the removal of hard-to-remove coatings, adhesives and screeds with maximum efficiency.
