The Belle PCX range consists of 9 standard models, the midweight 14” PCX60A (PCU02) , heavyweight 14” PCX12/36 (FC3600E) and 16” PCX13/40 (FC4000E), the newly introduced battery powered 16” PCX13/40E+ (FC4050), the high performance 18” PCX16/45 (MC4501) and 20” PCX16/50 (MC4551), the 20” PCX17/50A (PCA01) designed specifically for asphalt and Macadam surfaces and the flagship of the range, the 18” PCX20/45 (FC4500E) and 20” PCX20/50 (FC5000E).

All PCX plates are engineered to be robust, durable and withstand the rigours of rental and heavy contractor usage. They feature multiple handling lift points and a centrally located lift point for easy loading and unloading.

The PCX13/40E+ is fitted with a robust, highly efficient brushless Honda eGX motor. This motor is powered by Honda eGX Lithium ion batteries which can also be used to power than products and machines which use the same eco battery system – the range of products that do will continue to emerge and grow.

This environmentally friendly and emission free plate is suitable for a wide and diverse range of compaction tasks and is especially suited for use indoors, in poorly ventilated areas such as basements, tunnels, trenches etc and other poorly ventilated areas. It is also the perfect plate of choice for use in noise sensitive and restricted areas thanks to its lower operating noise levels.

It features a high performance 13kN vibrator with top quality bearings which is sealed and oil-filled with for reliability and durability, and has an even greater compaction performance than its heavy hitting counterpart, but without the added operating and maintenance costs.

The PCX13/40E+ additionally features a reinforced centrifugal clutch which ensure longer belt life and simplified belt adjustment, together with a robust protective battery housing and cover, set within the sub frame of the plate. Its heavy duty incorporated spraybar is fully protected from damage and has angled holes which allows complete water coverage over the full width preventing any material pick-up on the plate bottom.

It can also be used with a paving pad, wheel kit and/or water kit (9.5 litre water tank) which are available as optional extras.
