The Prime 120S is a high-specification, high-performance and technically advanced general-purpose bridge saw with an avant-garde design, a 14”/350mm blade capacity, a generous 1.2m (1200mm) long cutting length and laser guide for improved cutting accuracy, making it ideally suited for a wide and diverse range of uses in the construction industry, including the cutting of large format ceramic and porcelain tiles, bricks, blocks, kerbs, slabs, granite, limestone, marble, sandstone and a multitude of other masonry materials and concrete products too.

This strong, portable, easy to use and precise professional wet cutter can be used to produce both straight and 45^o angle cuts, with a maximum cutting depth of up to 110mm @ 90^o and 80mm @ 45^o. It is also suitable for cutting floor and wall tiles as well as other materials that are up to 845 x 845mm diagonally too, for added versatility. For added convenience it is equipped with a winding handle cutting head and manual pull/push handle control.

It features a powerful 3.0Hp/2.2kW single-phase (110V) electric motor, with a motor carriage that slides on 8 ball-bearings on the extruded aluminium overhead rail at high resistance to the torsional stress, with 4 of the bearings always set in a perpendicular way to the rail, for improved fluid movement and precision, with an integrated electrically powered recirculating Battipav S2 water pump that facilitates both wet and dry cutting as required. Other aids including a professional adjustable goniometer fence and graduated scale further assist cutting accuracy, whilst the generous 620mm wide, extendable (optional extra) and easy to clean table top provides a stable base and plenty of room to position materials to be cut.

The Prime 120S is quick and easy to set up, use, clean, transport and store. It is supplied with sliding adjustable legs, carry handles and transport wheel set for added portability and ease of transportation.
