The strong and robust operating handle of the CFP16W is foldable to minimise the space required for both transportation and storage. An incorporated wheel kit together with lifting points aid the movement of the plate both to and around site.

The 9 litre water tank supplied with the CFP16W as standard has a wide opening for easy refilling and is made from a rigid plastic, rather than metal, which can rust over time. The wide incorporated sprinkler bar is designed to cover the full-width of the baseplate to prevent asphalt and Macadam materials sticking to it, as well as a dust suppression. A water tap enables water flow to be quickly and easily controlled to suit requirements, and fully shut off to avoid spillages when the plate is not in use or in transit/storage.

The transport wheel kit supplied as standard with the CFP16W can also be easily removed if required.

All the main parts of the machine are easily accessible which makes maintaining and servicing the plate easier and quicker to undertake.

The CFP16W is built using quality components and parts throughout, including metal cowlings and guards, unlike the plastic components used by other manufacturers.

The optional, Vulkollan® rubber blocking paving pad is easy to attach and protects paving blocks from scratches and cracking, by providing a cushioned layer between the bottom surface of the plate and the laid block surface.
