The MBW F30 is a relatively compact (30” diameter) petrol-powered walk-behind power float that has been specifically designed to float, surface finish and edge smaller areas of wet concrete, as well as spaces with obstructions like columns etc. It is also ideal for use in areas which are otherwise simply inaccessible to larger diameter machines. It is, however, more productive than a smaller 24” float at both finishing and edging. It can be used with or without a float pan (30” diameter) as required and is supplied with a set of combination blades fitted as standard. Float pans are available as optional extras.

Versatility is key to the F30 given its ability to not only trowel and finish smaller concrete surfaces, but also edge them too, saving hours of knee and back breaking work and money than finishing surfaces and edges by hand. It is equipped with a rotating guard ring with rubber protection that enables users to work up to walls and around physical obstructions, without causing surface or structural damage to them. Furthermore, the design of the MBW F30 is such that compatible pans when fitted locate directly under the guard ring edge, thus providing a close edge finish.

For ease of storage of transportation, accessibility and storage the F30 features a convenient folding handle, a deadman’s switch and a centrifugal clutch for improved operator and site safety.

It additionally features a large and easy to reach manual blade pitch control that provides fine adjustment of blade pitch as required.
