Husqvarna DS500 Core Drill Stand
The Husqvarna DS500 is a sturdy, medium-sized, professional core drill stand suitable for core bits up to 500mm diameter and a wide range of medium to heavy-duty core drilling applications.
It combines sturdiness with high stability, essential elements when diamond drilling, at a surprisingly low and easier to handle weight. It features a quick-release coupling for fast and easy motor fitting, which greatly improves setup. The carriage can also be removed from the column when needed. The drill column is easy to adjust for angle drilling (0 to 90°).
The DS 500 has a robust, steel-reinforced die cast magnesium base plate which not only lowers the operating weight, it also permits rigid anchoring. An optional wheel kit and vacuum plate are available as optional extras.
Recommended for use with the Husqvarna DM400 and DM430 core drill motors.

With its all-metal design an and optimised setup of steel, aluminium and magnesium components the DS500 offers stability and durability, without adding unnecessary weight. This is extremely important and beneficial, especially for setup. The design of its steel-reinforced extruded aluminium column is optimised for high precision and drilling performance, even down to its hinges which have a zero-ply design to enable stability over time. Its slim-design carriage has optimised gear ratios and can be removed during setup or transportation if required.
The drill column has graduated scales which clearly illustrate to the operator both drilling depth and working angle. The winding handle/crack can be easily removed, used on either side of the column and used to set level bolt heights or adjust the angle of the column - no more tools required.
