The Husqvarna DS50 Gyro is a dynamic telescopic drill stand system that is continuously adjustable through 360 degrees, making it suitable for vertical, horizontal and angle drilling applications alike. It is also ideal for stitch drilling applications and can be used for drilling floors, walls and even upside drilling into ceilings too.
This flexible modular system facilitates easy quick mounting of core drill motors, easy drilling and fast demounting on site; saving both time and money. Better still, it is designed for use with most core drill motors.
It has a flexible gyroscopic design that means that you can stitch drill or drill holes in several places without having to move and re-site the rig.
The DS50 Gyro is the largest telescopic drill stand in the Husqvarna range and is suitable for use core bits up to 350mm diameter.
When drilling into floors the rig is secured by putting the stanchion against the ceiling. The drilling column is then secured to the base plate using the stanchion screw. Length of telescopic stanchion 3.1m.
For ease of movement too and around site, the base plate of the DS50 Gyro is supplied with transport wheels.
Recommended for use with the Husqvarna DM400 and DM430 core drill motors.
