The Husqvarna DMS240 is an incredibly versatile and user-friendly complete diamond core drilling system (drill stand, drill motor and combination base) with an ingenious design, simplistic operation, superb power-to-weight ratio and excellent drilling performance. With more forty years of selling diamond core drilling equipment, we impartially believe the DMS240 to be the most versatile, easy to use and best value for money diamond drilling system available on the market today.
This powerful (2400W) two-speed drilling system can be used to core drill holes from 10 to 250mm diameter with industry-standard ½” BSP Male and 1¼” UNC Female back ended wet drilling diamond core bits alike, in a wide variety of construction materials, including reinforced concrete, concrete products, masonry materials, asphalt, natural stones, brick, block etc.
It is packed with a wealth of performance-enhancing features, including a powerful 2-speed motor (390/890rpm unloaded) with overload protection, a combination aluminium vacuum and anchor baseplate with handy transport wheel kit, vac seal kit, an easy to remove spring-loaded depth feed control handle that can also be used to quick and conveniently adjust level bolts and adjust the angle of the tilting drill stand (0 to 60o), left and right hand crank speed control, clearly visible decals on the drill column indicating both drilling depth and angle, a spirit bubble to ensure the system is perpendicular when drilling vertically, together with a soft-grip carry handle that further aids setting up and transport to and around the jobsite.
The DMS240 is available in 110V 1phase only and has a 1¼” UNC male and ½” BSP female spindle fittings.
