The Husqvarna 553RBX is a powerful, high-performance professional petrol-powered (2-stroke) backpack brushcutter developed for the toughest grass and brush clearing and heavy-duty use in the most difficult terrains.
This strong and robust 50cc brushcutter is trimmer line, blade and saw capable, providing portable raw power and excellent fuel economy in a highly portable and comfortable backpack form for maximum operator convenience.
The 553RBX is a high-specification brushcutter which features intuitive controls, an X-Torq® engine with air purge and Smart Start® for easy starting, a convenient J-handle for increased versatility and is equipped with a Tap ‘n’ Go trimmer head, which make it very easy to start and use. It also has adjustable comfortable harness designed for dynamic muscle work and minimum strain on the user.
The 553RBX is supplied with an integrated padded harness, metal multi 275-4 grass blade, combi guard, T45X M12 Tap ‘n’ Go trimmer head and line.

The Husqvarna 553RBX backpack brushcutter is equipped with a powerful X-Torq® engine, which reduces emissions by up to 60% and increases fuel efficiency by up to 20% and which is additionally equipped with Air Purge, which removes air from the carburettor and fuel system for easy starting and Smart Start® Technology which provides mechanical assistance to reduce the effort required for the start pull by up to 40%.
The 553RBX is equipped with a long straight shaft with bevel gear angled at 30o for extended reach and a 46cm cutting width.
It is ideal for the professional user for heavy-duty applications in the demanding work environments and commercial use.
