The Honda EG5500 is a 5.5kVA/5.5kW endurance generator with a Digital Automatic Voltage Regulator (D-AVR) giving a regulated 230V output. It weighs 82.5kg.
It is built around a full guard tubular steel frame with centralised controls, 45° anti-vibration engine mounts and Oil Alert automatic engine shutdown, and is powered by a Honda GX 4-stroke engine with manual start.
An optional 2-wheel kit (part 06710-Z22-A40ZA) or 4-wheel kit (part 06710-Z22-A30) is available separately. The EG5500 is part of Honda’s EG range of endurance generators.
