The XCalibre C2S is a shortened (225mm long) wet use diamond core bit with a ½” BSP Male fitting which has been developed for use in the telecommunications industry, where it is most commonly used in confined manhole rings with limited working space, as well as other similar working environments where space is limited. So common is its use in the telecoms industry, it has become affectionately known as the ‘BT BIT’.
It is ideally suited for use with handheld battery, hydraulic and electrically powered diamond core drill motors;
This compact and lightweight (only 1.5kgs) diamond core bit is designed to drill fast through concrete and reinforced concrete alike, anywhere, producing a pre-requisite 100mm diameter core sample.
