The Von Arx SC35 is a sturdy, easy to use and highly versatile self-propelled single-phase (110V) self-propelled surface scraper with a 14”/350mm to 15”/370mm working width floor scraper which is ideal for a multitude of small, mid and large sized applications and renovations jobs, including lifting ceramic and granite tiles, carpet tiles, foam backed tiles, foam backed carpets, cork tiles, matting, strip floor coverings and remove felt, underlay, linoleum and vinyl flooring. In addition, it can also be used to work off screed, latex, or wood surfaces and will lift floor coverings leaving a minimum of residue and backing. It can also be used to create a distressed effect on hardwood flooring too.

It is suitable for use with a choice of two custom blades, a standard 14”/350mm blade with a working width (supplied with the SC25 as standard), the other a larger “U” shaped blade with a 15”/370mm wide working width (available as an optional extra). Both blades are quick and easy to interchange and can conveniently be set to different angles  (10^º, 18^º, 20^oand 34^º) as required. The Von Arx SC35 can additionally be used with a chisel holder (complete with 2 x narrow chisels (1 x 25mm and 1 x 50m wide)), ideal for removing tiles, parquet and hard stubborn debris.

The 14”/350mm standard blade is designed to strip floor coverings, lift carpet tiles and foam backed carpets, together with cork tiles and matting, whilst the larger 15”/370mm wide “U” shaped blade is more suited for removing felt, underlay, linoleum, vinyl flooring and matting.

With the exception of the blade, this precise and reliable machine is designed to withstand the demanding rigours of construction industries and is furthermore covered by a 3 year warranty too.
