The Von Arx FR200E115 is a compact, lightweight and agile 110V single-phase powered floor scarifier which is suitable of a wide range of surface preparation applications where concrete and/or asphalt paved or floor surfaces need to be cleaned, roughened, grooved, or where thin surface layers need to be physically removed. Despite its’ compact size and lightweight, the FR200E115 is extremely efficient and productive.

Typical cleaning duties performed with the FR200 include removing tricky epoxy materials, heavy-duty tiling adhesive residues, pavement markings, thermoplastic white lines, ice build-ups, rust off ship decks etc. It is also additionally frequently used to aggressively reduce surface high-spots, groove and texturing walkways, animal pens etc to improve surface slip-resistance, as well as de-chip flat roofs.

It has a working width of 8”/200mm and an adjustable cutting depth of up to 3mm and is equipped with.

This refined, precise, easy to use and easy to handle vibration-dampened floor scarifier is the perfect solution for a multitude of small and mid-sized surfacing rectification jobs. As it is electrically powered and does not exhaust hazardous fumes like its’ petrol-powered counterpart (FR200H), it is especially ideally suited for use indoors and in poorly ventilated areas too. It is additionally equipped with a vacuum port for easy connection to a suitable dust extractor.

The Von Arx FR200E115 is supplied as standard complete with a heavy-duty drum complete with TCT pentagonal carbide cutters fitted, which can be used roughen and reduce concrete and asphalt, as well as to remove old coatings. A wide selection of other fully-interchangeable cutting heads/drums and replacement cutters are available as optional extras to suit other applications.
