High Density diamond blades are manufactured using a revolutionary process that delivers unrivalled performance, increased safety and lower manufacturing energy to produce. The infiltration manufacturing process involves infiltrating the pores of each diamond segment with a specially formed composite material without applying high pressure, the result being an extremely robust segments that wear evenly, remain intact and perform well at high cutting speeds, whilst binding to the diamond grit, ensuring optimum use of the diamond grit and with that, extended product life too.

The steel centre of the Clipper Pro 4×4 includes patented drop-shaped gullets that prevent fatigue cracks when cutting metal (up to 5mm thick), together with directional and depth indicators laser cut into the steel centre, which enable users with better visibility of cut depth when in use.
