This flat high-quality and high-performance rail cutting abrasive blade contains a sharp, market-leading ceramic grain that micro-fractures under low pressure, which thereby delivers a fast, smooth and more precise cutting action; removing material faster than any other competitor product, with less operator effort and fewer vibrations.

The Quantum3 also has an extended life span than other competitor abrasive rail blades, reducing the number of blade exchanges; increasing productivity levels and lowering operating costs.
