The Norton Clipper Extreme Beton Silencio is a premium grade concrete cutting diamond blade with patented noise-reduction technologies that lowers noise levels generated when cutting concrete, reinforced concrete, granite and other hard building materials by up to 20x (-13 dB) compared to conventional diamond blades.

This high-performance silent centre diamond blade has been the winner of 10 innovation and safety awards for its noise-reduction capabilities, making it thereby particularly ideally suited for sympathetic use in noise-sensitive areas, like city centres, residential areas, open green spaces, hospitals, schools, hotels etc.

Each laser-welded Extreme Beton Silencio diamond blade is finely-tuned and suitable for both wet and dry cutting. They feature extremely generous 15mm high segments with incorporated i-HD^TM (Infiltrated High Density) technology. High Density diamond blades are manufactured using a revolutionary process that delivers unrivalled performance, increased safety and lower manufacturing energy to produce. The infiltration manufacturing process achieves uniform high density diamond grit across each whole segment, resulting in segments that cut faster, wear evenly and perform consistently well throughout the life of the blade; providing optimum cutting performance and long life.

The Clipper Extreme Beton Silencio additionally features a noise-dampening layer that is sandwiched between two sheets of steel to form the blade steel centre. This construction of the blade steel centre absorbs both the cutting vibrations and sound of the product when in use. It also is equipped with Patented ‘off-set gullets’ that prevent whistling air flow around the blade as it rotates, further reducing its operating noise.
