The Norton Clipper Extreme Gres is a new-generation, high-performance specially developed diamond blade designed for wet cutting porcelain tiles and other similar and increasingly hard paving products. It is also suitable for cutting natural stones like granite, as well as other very hard building materials too, like engineering bricks and block pavers.

Unlike many other diamond blades available on the market, the Clipper Extreme Gres is designed to stay sharper, for longer; something that other blades struggle to do, especially when cutting such hard and dense materials, needing instead to be re-sharpened on a regular basis, wearing out prematurely or simply failing to cut at all. The Clipper Extreme Gres prodives a smooth, fast cut, with an excellent high-quality finish on the hardest materials, up to 3cm (30mm) thick.

This high-performance diamond blade features revolutionary 15mm high jointed conical-shaped segments with incorporated i-HD^TM (Infiltrated High Density) technology that deliver excellent cutting speed, with low vibrations, improved operator control and super long life.

High Density diamond blades are manufactured using a revolutionary process that delivers unrivalled performance, increased safety and lower manufacturing energy to produce. The infiltration manufacturing process achieves uniform high density diamond grit across each whole segment, resulting in segments that cut faster, wear evenly and perform consistently well throughout the life of the blade; providing optimum cutting performance and long life.

The steel centre of the Clipper Extreme Gres has extra-narrow gullet slots for lower noise production and a superior cut finish.
