The MBW GPR44H is a robust,  ultra-compact and lightweight petrol-powered reversible vibratory plate that has been specifically developed for a smaller, yet still demanding compaction tasks, such as the compaction of granular soils in narrow trenches and other confined spaces. It is also as equally at home when used in a wide variety of new construction, renovation works, installation of paths and driveways, pavement restatement and when macadam beds are thinner and nimble and responsive handling. It is also ideally suited for spot compaction too.

This handy, agile, productive, user-friendly and highly-versatile 14” reversible plate compactor provides greater compaction force than most conventional walk-behind single-direction forward plate compactors, together with the added convenience of forward and direction travel and easily adjustable speeds.

The GPR 44H is simple, comfortable and easy to use. It features a protective roll cage, has an adjustable vibration-dampened main handle that provides users with easy fingertip control of the direction of the machine and is powered by a reliable Honda GX160 petrol engine. The low-vibration handle improves comfort and reduces operator strain and fatigue, enabling the plate to be used safely for longer periods of time, for even greater productivity (compaction rate of 14950ft2/he / 1389 m2/hr and up to a depth of 560mm / 22”).

To aid portability and movement to and around the job site, the MBW GPR 44 H is equipped with an integrated transport wheel kit and a convenient central lifting point as standard. Its’ compact size and ability to lock its main handle in an upright position makes it both easy to transport and store.
