Cost-efficient cutting method

Using a K4000CNB to produce a door or window opening, can save time, labour and money. The ability to deep cut up to 16”/400mm from one side, significantly reduces the amount of time taken to cut through each way skin from each side. As the blades used are only 9”/230mm in diameter, the size of over cuts is significantly reduced. This not only reduces time spent making good, but always reduces the impact to the surrounding structure. The cost of the tool itself and associated diamond tool cost is low compared to other equivalent deep cutting solutions.

Deeper cuts

Exceptional cutting depth of up to 16”/400mm (in incremental/step cuts) thanks to the unique and highly innovative cutting method. Blade guard can also be adjusted to facilitate flush cutting of walls and floors.

Twin blades cut in parallel and a breaking tool (supplied) used to break and clear the slither remaining in the cut, allowing the cuts then access to cut deeper, repeating the process with each incremental/step cut.

Forward blade rotation

The blades on Husqvarna electric cutters rotate forwards which is more efficient when cutting through the material and it reduces the risk of catching and jarring.

The blade on all Husqvarna electric cutters rotates forwards, cutting into the material efficiently, minimising the risk of sticking and kickbacks. The advanced electronic overload protection varies the rotation speed to warn of approaching overload. Incorporated electronic Softstart™ provides starting with normal, slow acting fuses.

Long slim tool body which is lightweight and easy to handle. Power cord inlet located underneath the handle enables of use and comfortable handling with hassle free, safe operation.
