The Husqvarna Elite-Drill™ D20 DRY diamond core bit has been specially developed for use with most 2kW soft-percussion drill motors like the Husqvarna DM210SP; providing users of soft percussion drill motors with high-speed dry coring capabilities in concrete, reinforced concrete and masonry materials.
This high-performance, laser welded dry drilling diamond core bit features a 1¼” UNC Female thread drill connection, with short, pre-sharpened 20mm long x 10mm high diamond segments. It is 300mm in length and features a distinctive spiral design barrel, which is designed to reduce weight, minimise friction and provide greater and more precise drilling control, especially when drilling freehand. It is also suitable for use when soft percussion drill motors are rig mounted too.
Each Elite-Drill™ D20 DRY segment has been individually pre-sharpened to ensure a smooth start and full speed right from the first hole.
This gold-standard, high-performance and laser-welded diamond core bit is designed for dry drilling applications. Segments are attached to the core barrel tubing by a laser-welding technique, which greatly reduces the risk of segments becoming detached and lost during normal use is recommended materials, for improved operator safety.
