The Husqvarna Blastrac 1-8DPF40 is a compact walk-behind shot blaster which is ideal for small to medium-sized jobs, such as cleaning and preparing surfaces like concrete and asphalt prior to the application of a new surface coating. It is also suitable for preparing steel surfaces too.

This small, easy to use, easy to handle and efficient machine is equipped with a self-propelled drive for improved operator comfort and increased productivity; it also promotes a more even and consistent blast pattern and surface profile. Being only 400mm/16” wide and designed to move in a forwards direction it is capable of reaching corners and small areas more effectively than other, physically larger blasters available.

Due to its compact size, the Blastrac 1-8DPF40 can be used in very narrow spaces, near edges and in other areas with limited or restricted access. As it is electrically powered and does not have an engine that exhausts hazardous fumes and has a virtually dust-free operation when connected to a suitable dust industrial dust collector, it is can be used indoors and in other confined spaces, or poorly ventilated areas.
