Clipper Concrete Grout & Cracks Repair Kit is an effective and extremely durable triple-component system designed to seal joints and repair concrete floors and surfaces by closing larger holes and deeper cracks (from 15 to 30mm). It features an epoxy-based formula that accommodates concrete expansion and shrinkage. It is suitable for both interior and exterior use alike.

The repair kit consists of three products; Concrete Grout Catalyser, Concrete Grout Resin and Concrete Grout Glass Bubbles with “microspheres” (the microspheres keep the product soft and malleable, so as to allow it to perfectly fill the area to be cured, while expanding once mixed with the other component products; with the expansive resin allows subsequent grinding and polishing). The three-component PU filler comes in 4 bottles (2 bubbles bottles)

It has a special composition that not only ensures a perfect fill of the area to be repaired, it allows subsequent grinding and polishing. It can also be mixed with dust generated during the grinding process in order to achieve a colour matched finish.

The system dries after 30 minutes, with about 12 hours for final curing to achieve a strong structural finish that is suitable for extreme conditions, forklifts and high-traffic areas. It is also resistant to strong oils, cleaning agents, alkali solvents and many types of acid.
