The Barreto 2036RTK is a powerful professional stand-on tracked hydraulic trencher which is extremely efficient, very reliable, easy to use and easy to maintain. It is fitted with a combi shark cutting system which allows users to effortlessly cut a trench even in wet soil containing clay; with a fixed cutting width of 6”/150mm and a variable cutting depth of up to 36”/918mm and the power and performance to tackle almost anything that comes into its’ path. The 2036RTK produces clean-cut uniform trenches with ease and the absolute minimum of disruption too, time and time again; while its side auger spools excavated material neatly to one side as it works, which greatly aids making good.

This strong, powerful and pro-grade high-performance petrol-powered trencher is equipped with a reliable 20HP electric start Honda GX630 V-Twin engine, is manufactured in the USA and is suitable for domestic and commercial use alike. The machine is fully hydraulic, with no belts or cables and there maintenance is minimal.

The 2036RTK is fitted with 180mm wide tracks that creates 241 square inches of footprint on each side of the machine, giving it outstanding traction on wet soil, clay or steep terrain, while softening the impact on any existing landscaping; the tracks additionally absorb most of the impact caused by rocks, roots or other obstructions in the soil too. The fixed operator platform elevates the user above ground level, but also the ability for the operator to conveniently step on and step off the trencher as required, while the weight of the machine and user in combination provides a performance enhancement, by improving traction.
