The Husqvarna LT8005 is a heavyweight high-performance diesel-powered vibratory rammer with a mighty 21.4kN of impact force which is ideally suited for use in trenches and other narrow spaces, such as around pillars and pipes, as well as in areas which are simply off-limits to petrol powered equipment.

This powerful, efficient, yet well-balanced rammer delivers deep compaction thanks to the combination of its high centrifugal force, high travel speed, optimised weight, powerful diesel engine attached to a durable gearbox and choice of large compaction foot. It is ideally suited for the efficient compaction of granular and cohesive soils.

It is powered by a Hatz 1B20 diesel engine.

The Husqvarna LT8005 trench rammer has a three-point throttle control (idle, full speed, stop/closed), which also closes the fuel line to prevent leakage. It has a balanced and considered ergonomic design that provides excellent traction and manoeuvrability,  with a vibration reduced handle to reduce operator fatigue. It has a user-friendly design which makes it both easy to use and service, with easy access to all service points including oil level checking (engine and foot), air filter cleaning/replacing.
