The Red Band MX15 is a strong, robust and reliable British Made industrial bridge saw designed for more demanding cutting applications and for cutting physically larger, heavier materials like natural stones (granite, marble, limestone) and concrete building products etc. It is designed for static, industrial and continuous use.

This sturdy, dependable and highly-regarded workhouse has a simple but equally efficient and proven design which spans back decades (was originally marketed in the 1970’s, 80’s and early 90’s by Norton Clipper as the ‘Clipper Maxi’). It has a strong and rigid construction to minimise torsion and is made from high-grade components throughout to ensure a high degree of cutting accuracy over its entire 1500mm (1.5m) cutting length.

The MX15 has a standard cutting length of 1500 (1.5m) and is available with a choice of three blade capacities 500mm (MX15/5), 600mm (MX15/6) and 700mm (MX15/7). The MX range also consists of the MX28 with a 2800mm (2.8m) cutting length and the MX33 with a 3300mm (3.3m) cutting length.

In its standard form, the cutting head of the MX15 is manually traversed by the operator via a handwheel controlled chain and sprocket located at one end of the saw. This allows the operator to gradually control the feed rate of the blade into the material. The cutting height is simple, quick and easy to adjust too, thanks to a conveniently located handwheel which is positioned at the top of the cutting head.

A comprehensive of bespoke accessories are also available for the MX15, including automatic traverse (variable speed), material guides, lateral extensions and a wet cutting system with water collection reservoir tank. All associated accessory prices are available upon request.
