The Red Band FS200-E floor scabbler is one of the most versatile, popular and financially economical surface preparation machines available.

This lightweight, compact, productive and easy to use floor planer is ideally suited for use on an incredibly diverse range of small-medium sized surfaces and is most commonly used to remove and level misaligned concrete and asphalt fast and aggressively. It can also be used to perform a wide variety of other surface preparation tasks, including removing epoxy materials, heavy-duty floor tile mastics, thermoplastic white lines, ice and de-chipping flat roofs, as well as grooving and texturing walkways, animal pens etc to make them slip-resistant too.

The FS200-E has a 200mm/8” working width and is perfect for rental and contractor use alike. It is equipped with an adjustable handle, depth feed control and a dust extraction port.

It is available with a choice of 110V single-phase electric motor or petrol engine. The electrically-powered FS200E more suited for use indoors, in poorly ventilated and more noise sensitive areas, whereas the petrol-powered FS200-P provides the freedom to be used outdoors in any well-ventilated area without the limitation of having to be connected to an electrical power supply or trialling extension cables.
