The BSD35-P has been built around tried, tested and proven concepts and constructed from high grade, quality materials and components to ensure efficient service and longevity.
A key consideration in the design of the BSD35-P was its ease of service and low cost of maintenance; the aim being to produce a high-performance saw which used more affordable parts and was easier and quicker to maintain, with less moving wear-parts – without compromising functionality its cutting performance or cutting accuracy.
The BSD35-P has a strong and rigid construction and a standalone frame design. This is unusual for a 14” blade capacity masonry saw, which tend to be more lightweight construction, with fold down/detachable legs, and designed for more intermittent use.
The BSD35-P is the ideal saw of choice for users who exclusively cut smaller materials and only use 14”/350mm diameter blades. A lot of 14”/350mm diameter blades are used on larger 18”/450mm and 20”/500mm masonry saws, where the blade periphery is often more obscured and less visible to the operator and the blade rotational speed not at its optimal.
