Husqvarna 540iXP Chainsaw - Li-ion Battery

The 540iXP is Husqvarna's most powerful battery-powered chainsaw to date, for the removal of small to medium sized trees.

For years the technology behind lithium-ion batteries has been developing and pushing forward to such an extent that the best battery powered chainsaws can now deliver the equivalent of 40CC power with the recommended BLi300 battery

The 540iXP therefore gives you the performance you need, plus the benefits of battery power such as low noise, zero emissions, high economy and fewer moving parts to service. Not to mention losing the hazard of carrying fuel around.

This chainsaw is shipped with a 14" or 16" bar and chain, but the header price EXCLUDES the supply of a battery or charger (required to power the machine), which are available to buy as optional extras. Husqvarna recommend the use of a BLi300 battery and a QC330 charger, which can also be used to power other hand held forest and garden equipment in the Husqvarna range. Please see our machine and battery compatibility chart to compare Husqvarna batteries.

A great start

It is normal for an arborist to start and stop a chainsaw up to 30 times and hour. With a professional battery-powered chainsaw the start and stop procedure is so much simpler and less mechanically intensive, and no extra power is needed.

Good vibrations

With fewer moving parts and no engine, the 540iXP produces lower vibrations.

As well as having zero emissions during operation, a battery powered chainsaw is quieter than its fuelled equivalent, so you can work away with much less impact on the environment.
