The PCLX 16/45 E is a heavyweight electric powered professional plate compactor with excellent compaction performance and travel speeds.
This environmentally friendly plate features a high performance 16kN vibration unit and has been engineered to withstand the rigours of rental and heavy contractor use.
The PCLX16/45E however is not just the reserve seeking a plate for indoor use because it does not exhaust hazardous fumes like its petrol powered counterparts. It is also gaining increasing popularity in its own right as a viable to alternative to petrol powered counterparts because it is cheaper to run, more reliable, virtually maintenance free, lighter in weight and quieter to use.
The PCLX16/45E is Class 1 Earthed Appliance and is suitable for use with compatible extension leads up to 25m in length.

The PCLX16/45E is environmentally friendly with zero exhaust emissions.
It is ideally suited for use in basement construction and noise sensitive areas too.
It features an integrated motor protection frame together with multiple lift points and a central lifting point for easy of transport. The integrated ‘Quick Engage’ wheel kit with large diameter wheels also aid transportation around the job site and on rough terrain.
It additionally features a professional 32amp power inlets for effective cable management and a centrifugal clutch for soft start and reduced current surge.
Its 8mm thick long life baseplate provides both optimum compaction with reliability, whilst its high performance 16kN vibration unit provides a good rate of compaction and travel speed. The same sealed oil-filled vibration unit has top quality bearing for enhanced reliability and durability.
The low vibration operators handle of the PCX16/45E includes a ‘Pull Bar’ for increased manoeuvrability.
