Delivery & Returns
* Carriage/delivery is charged as an extra (in addition) to the purchase price of all items listed on our website, with the exception of all orders received via our website that exceed £350 (+VAT) and which are destined for delivery to a UK mainland address. Orders which have a value of less than £350 (+VAT) and/or are destined for delivery to a non UK mainland address (i.e. Highlands, Islands and remote locations not considered by couriers to fall within mainland UK boundaries, or territories outside the UK). In the event that you require delivery of a specific product on a more urgent basis, uprated (timed) delivery services are available on request (restrictions do apply). As the size, weight and value of products within our extensive product range can vary so tremendously, the cost of carriage will often vary from item to item. If you proceed to basket, the delivered cost of your purchase will be clearly displayed at this point.
Ultimately, carriage is an additional cost to all businesses, and we at Red Band UK Ltd feel it far more appropriate to freely disclose the amount we charge for delivery of an item, instead of concealing within the associated purchase price.
For multiple items being delivered to a single delivery point simultaneously, please contact our Sales & Support team on 0116 260 2601 (+44 116 260 2601 outside the UK), as often multiple items can be shipped for a one off lower cost. For items required for delivery outside the UK, please contact our Sales office with your delivery requirements, and we will endeavour to provide you with the most economical price for the same.
Returns, Changes & Cancellations
You are entitled to cancel your order from the moment you place it and up to seven working days after you receive goods. Should you decide to return an item(s) purchased from us, it is the obligation and cost of the purchaser to arrange the safe return of all unwanted goods to us. Additionally, you should send written notice of your decision to cancel your order and return your unwanted item(s) to us by email, letter or fax. Such notification must be received within the time of placing the order and within seven working days of receiving goods. Anything cancelled after delivery will be treated as a return accordingly.
The return of any item will only be accepted on our strict agreement of the same prior to its return. Goods returned must be in the same new and unused condition as supplied.
Non-standard, special order items and items that have been used, fleeted, etched or in a condition which precludes them for resale as new are non-returnable and will not be accepted back for credit.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item which is in any way defective, please contact us immediately to discuss your findings and identify an agreed resolution.
Damages, Shortages or Loss of Goods
No claim for damage in transit, shortage of delivery or loss of goods will be accepted unless the purchaser has provided us with written notice of such damage, shortage or loss with reasonable particulars thereof within 7 days of receipt of the goods or (in the case of loss) of receipt of the invoice or other notification of despatch. Red Band UK Ltds' liability, if any, shall be limited to replacing or (in its discretion) repairing such goods and it shall be a condition precedent to any such liability that the purchaser shall, if so requested, have returned damaged goods to Red Band UK Ltd within 14 days of such request.
The purchaser shall not be entitled to make any claim against Red Band UK Ltd for any consequential loss arising out of such damage, shortage or loss as aforesaid.
